About
Art Ease CIC is a Community Interest Company that uses creativity to support wellbeing, reduce social isolation, and improve community connection across Sefton and the surrounding areas.
We deliver accessible creative wellbeing workshops for people of all ages and abilities, working with community groups, charities, schools, health organisations, care settings, and individuals. Our activities include mindful drawing, painting, creative journaling, arts and crafts, and other creative experiences designed to promote confidence, self-expression, relaxation, and social connection.
Our aim is to make creativity accessible to everyone, particularly those who may face barriers to participation due to health conditions, disability, financial circumstances, social isolation, or other challenges. We provide welcoming, inclusive spaces where people can connect with others, explore their creativity, and support their wellbeing in a pressure-free environment.
Alongside community-based workshops, we work in partnership with local organisations to deliver projects that address loneliness, improve mental wellbeing, encourage lifelong learning, and strengthen community resilience.
