About

Dandelion Days helps adults and children cope with the stress of current life. They can help with anxiety, depression, confidence issues and general metal health wellbeing through Equine Assisted Learning.

The adult 12 week program is adapted to different clients and can be tailored from 4-12 weeks to suit certain requirements. The course is fully trauma informed, CPD accredited, award winning and externally evaluated.

The 6 week children's course is available to both primary and secondary school children and can help those suffering from past trauma and current mental health difficulties learn coping strategies, building resilience and other essential mental health first aid tool.

About West Lancs CVS

West Lancashire Council for Voluntary Services is a charity, set up in 1973, and is the key infrastructure organisation for voluntary and community groups in West Lancashire.
