Energy Advice Helpline CIC is a not-for-profit organisation focused on helping households reduce their energy costs and improve energy efficiency.

Our aims are to:

- Provide free, impartial energy advice to households
- Support residents in reducing energy bills and improving home efficiency
- Increase awareness of renewable technologies such as solar, battery storage, and low-carbon heating
- Help vulnerable and fuel-poor households access support schemes

Our activities include:

- Telephone-based advice and outreach to UK households
- Community engagement and awareness campaigns
- Supporting access to energy-saving measures and trusted installers
- Providing guidance on energy tariffs and switching to reduce costs

West Lancashire Council for Voluntary Services is a charity, set up in 1973, and is the key infrastructure organisation for voluntary and community groups in West Lancashire.

We help local people set up and develop voluntary and community groups, and network with other organisations.

We recruit volunteers for local organisations and support people to volunteer through our accredited Volunteer Centre. Find out more here.
