Lancashire Community Finance provides affordable and ethical loans, at fair market rates to individuals and businesses in Lancashire who may struggle to get assistance from mainstream providers.

We are also offering Hardship Grants to those struggling to afford essentials due to the rising cost of living (in partnership with NatWest Bank and Responsible Finance).

We also offer free money education and 1-to-1 financial advice & advocacy.

Our West Lancashire office is based in the Ecumenical Centre, Skelmersdale and open Monday - Thursday, 9.15am - 4.30pm (closed for lunch 1.00pm - 1.30pm).

About West Lancs CVS

West Lancashire Council for Voluntary Services is a charity, set up in 1973, and is the key infrastructure organisation for voluntary and community groups in West Lancashire.

We help local people set up and develop voluntary and community groups, and network with other organisations.

We recruit volunteers for local organisations and support people to volunteer through our accredited Volunteer Centre. Find out more here.
