About

Nethermoss Archers is a friendly and welcoming archery club shooting at Hurlston Hall, Scarisbrick, nr. Ormskirk (Summer season) and Burscough Sports Centre (Winter season).​

We are a target archery club and permit the use of Recurve, Compound, Longbows and other Traditional bow types. We welcome people of all ages and abilities to our sport from beginners to Olympic athletes.

Established in1958, the club was accredited with the prestigious Clubmark award in 2010 and celebrated its Diamond Jubilee in 2018.

About West Lancs CVS

West Lancashire Council for Voluntary Services is a charity, set up in 1973, and is the key infrastructure organisation for voluntary and community groups in West Lancashire.

  • We help local people set up and develop voluntary and community groups, and network with other organisations.
  • We recruit volunteers for local organisations and support people to volunteer through our accredited Volunteer Centre. Find out more here.
