The Liberty Centre
About
- We accept all referrals and support survivors of domestic abuse at risk of harm to address their safety needs.
- We work with a trauma informed, holistic approach attending to survivors' practical and emotional needs as well as physical safety.
- We support survivors to deal with the multiple complex issues associated with domestic abuse to rebuild their lives.
- We work from a point of crisis and offer support to meet their short and long-term needs.
- We can provide a seamless service for women who are in refuge assisting their resettlement in the community by providing support to access appropriate community services.
- We also provide support to women, men and children in their own homes to minimise risk and provide the best outcomes for families.
- We understand the assessment of risk and how to manage it.
